Our chefs have painstakingly curated a healthy menu that incorporates superfoods indigenous to India as well as foods that will suit your dosha type (ayurvedic cooking). The head chef, Hemal and her team are well equipped to handle special requests and can customise gluten free, vegan and vegetarian meals, upon request.
